PROTEUS brings together the bioinformatics tools and databases our group develops, in a single, openly accessible place.

Proteins are dynamic macromolecules whose structures, conformations, and interactions underpin virtually every cellular process. Investigating these complex behaviors requires computational methods that span structural biology, bioinformatics, and protein engineering.

PROTEUS (Platform for Research in Omics, Technology, Engineering & Unified Services) is an integrated platform that provides a growing collection of web applications and databases for protein research. The platform supports a broad range of computational analyses, including homology modeling, membrane protein assembly, domain characterization, sequence analysis, and peptide design. By bringing these resources together within a unified framework, PROTEUS aims to facilitate reproducible, accessible, and efficient computational studies while continuing to expand with new methods and applications.
